From a young age, movement has been part of my life in varying forms—from gymnastics, to dance, and most recently, yoga, which I have been practicing since 2012. About two years ago, I decided to explore what life would look like if I maintained a daily yoga practice. This commitment helped me discover that daily yoga grounded me both mentally and physically, which then inspired me to take on a Yoga Alliance certified teacher training course with BeWell so that I could share my practice whenever the opportunity arrived. I have studied yoga in countless studios around the globe, practicing different styles and learning from many different teachers.

For the moment, weekly classes are taught online via Zoom. I teach power vinyasa flow, advanced posture practice, and restorative yin yoga. Starting in September, I will also be teaching in-person group yoga classes in Brussels for beginners, advanced practitioners, and everyone in between. Group classes are donation-based.

Private and small-group sessions afford you the opportunity to practice yoga in a way that is targeted towards your personal practice, receiving feedback in the process. Private training is also helpful for those who are recovering from injuries or need personalized yoga tailored towards rehabilitation. Whether you want to work on strength, alignment, a specific posture, or just build a greater understanding of yoga — a private session can address a variety of needs. Sessions are offered in-person in Brussels and on Zoom. Private sessions are also available for events, businesses, and other get-togethers. Privates range from $20 - $75, depending on whether they are online or in-person, as well as the number of people attending. To book, email me or click below to fill out a form.

I currently assist the lead trainer at BeWell Yoga with the 200 hour yoga teacher training programs. I teach meditation, pranayama, and asana, as well as provide feedback and other assistance to teacher trainees.

Mentorship and coaching is primarily for yoga teacher trainees, new teachers, and yogis committed to deepening their practice. Mentorship coaching sessions are organized around providing the accountability and space for you to take steps towards your personal goals as a yogi or teacher, and to keep the momentum going after finishing your YTT. Goals vary according to each yogi's journey, however, some of the most common are:

  • teaching practice, feedback, and confidence
  • postures and alignment
  • sequencing
  • building a solid home practice
  • branding and understanding your target audience
  • motivation, accountability, momentum

Sessions are carried out either online or in-person and are available to purchase individually or in a bundle of multiple sessions.
